Peller Estates Icewine has been cultivated over three generations of a family tradition of winemaking. Three generations of living in temperatures that fall well below freezing. Vidal
Delicate gold colour with an aromatic bouquet of lemon marmalade, carmelized oranges, golden pineapple and a touch of honey. A rich, medium to full-bodied wine with explosive flavours of honey, golden pineapple, star anise and brown sugar and butter. Pair with soft cheese or spicy cuisine.
Oak Aged
Made of 100% Vidal Blanc. This exquisite wine has notes of fresh and sweet lemon marmalade, layers of tangerine, ripe guava and finally, notes of sweet floral scents. The wine renders luxurious flavors of sweet honey, ripe Bartlett pears, sensations of candied lemon peel and a hint of spicy oak that harmonize on the long fresh finish. This wine pairs very well with fruit desserts, creme caramel and soft cheeses.
Riesling
This wine has notes of ripe peach marmalade, layers of sweet and fresh tropical fruit, honey and hints of white pepper. The flavors are an explosion of pineapple, apricot, floral honey, oranges and cardamom spice with lemon drops and spicy oak to harmonize the long finish. Pairs well with pâté or foie gras, blue veined cheeses and spicy cuisine.
Cabernet Franc
The aroma renders the sweetness of ripe strawberry and raspberry fruit with complex notes of spice and the boldness of rhubarb. Once sipped, the reward is that of an explosion of luscious red berries, with a delicate, yet complex spice note and a lingering finish reminiscent of fresh limes. Pairs well with red fruit based desserts and dark chocolate.
